Yet another new series is born

English translation follows the German text.

Guten Tag.

The next time I get asked to organise a stag-do, I'll definitely look into getting a camel involved.

Good day.
Today I am writing a short post which could potentially become the first of an irregularly appearing series - namely one called "The week's Tweet" (working title). All tweets which are decorated in these posts will be my own and, as well as the tweet, which you may already know, I will briefly (although not as briefly as the original tweet because then the whole post would be a bit superfluous) explain which wannabe-deep thoughts went into the tweet.

The week's Tweet 1:
The next time I get asked to organise a stag-do, I'll definitely look into getting a camel involved.

Background:
As everyone knows, a camel can drink an extremely large amount in an extremely short space of time. On stag-dos, an extremely large amount is also drunk in an extremely short space of time. With the camel, we're looking at water, so that it can put in long aoasic desert shifts. With the stag-dos, we're looking at alcohol, so that the blokes (it's generally blokes) can make their idiocy as public as possible and so that they can, without being frowned upon by society, drink a hair-of-the-dog pint the next morning. So the joke comes from the double-meaning of the word "drink".

See you next week!
