Guten Tag zusammen! Und ich meine das im wahrsten Sinne des Ausdrucks. Denn heute war ein wirklich guter Tag. Ich habe nämlich meine Bankkarte verloren und dann angerufen, um sie sperren zu lassen und dann musste ich durch einige Menüs kämpfen, manche mit Sprach-, andere mit Tastensteuerung und irgendwie drei verschiedene Nummer anrufen, bis ich sie sperren lassen konnte. Das Tolle dabei war aber, dass ich im Laufe des Tanzes durch die Menüs ich einmal sagen musste, was ich überhaupt wollte. Nicht einer Person, sondern der Sprachsteurungsmaschine - ich meinte "ich möchte meine Karte sperren" und trotz Erkältung und das doppelte "RR" bin ich verstanden worden. Äußerst hervorragend!

You see, I lost my bank card and then rang up to get it stoppen and I then had to fight my way through various menus, some with voice and some with keypad navigation, and I ended up having to ring three different numbers before I could get it stopped. The great thing about it was though, that during the dance through the menus, I at one point had to say what I was after anyway. Not to a person, but to the voice navigation machine - I said "I would like to stop (sperren) my card" and in spite of my cold and the double "RR" in "sperren", I was understood. Absolutely fantastic!
