Super Sunday 10th January

Heute ist meine erste Super-Sonntag-Nachricht! Die globale Erwärmung wurde diese Woche überhaupt nicht so viel besprochen - wohl weil es überall in Europa so arsch (arsch klein geschrieben als Adverb) kalt war. Dennoch - Energie sollen wir trotzdem sparen und ich haben einen Tipp für alle. Naja, nicht für alle, aber alle, die eine Kugelschreiberfabrik oder ein sonstiges Geschäft betreiben, das Einfluss auf das Konsumverhalten der kugelschreibernutzenden Massen hat. Der Tipp lautet: verkaufen Sie die Stifte und die Deckel seperat. Wenn ein Kugelschreiber alle ist, ist die Deckel zwar meistens ein bisschen durchgekaut, aber dennoch gut funktionsfähig. Sie muss nicht unbedingt mit dem leeren Stift weggeschmissen werden, was aber beinah immer passieren wird, solange man immer eine frische Deckel mit dem neuen Stift bekommt. Also hören Sie auf! Auch normale Individuen, die ohne Kugelschreibermanufakurmöglickeiten, können ihren Beitrag leisten, indem sie freiwillig auf die Deckel verzichten, wenn sie einen Stift kaufen. Ist viel verlangt, aber unsere Umwelt braucht uns.

Today is my first Super-Sunday-Message! Global warming wasn't discussed much this week, presumably because it's been so mightily cold in most of Western Europe. Nevertheless - we should still be saving energy and I've got a tip for everyone. Well not everyone but everyone who runs a biro factory or similar business that can influence the consumption behaviour of the biro-using masses. The tip is: sell the pens and the caps separately. When a biro runs out, the cap is generally a bit chewed up, but still well usable. It needn't necessarily be discarded with the empty pen, but this is almost unavoidable so long as you always get a fresh cap with your new pen. So stop! Normal individuals, those without the possiblity of manufacturing biros, can play their part too, by voluntarily not taking the cap when they buy a pen. It's asking a lot, but our environment needs us.
